The villas will be three-storey buildings with a roof terrace. The bottom level is devoted to a garage with room for several vehicles, a technical room and a large storage/hobby room. The next floor comprises the living room, kitchen and main terrace, which features a swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. The upper floor is made up of four bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms also have a separate balcony. At the very top is the roof terrace. There is a lift from the garage to all floors – including the roof terrace.
